Collations ... blah!

What collation setting(s) do I need to set with RebuildM to get the
SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS collation?
3rd time going and I can't seem to set/select the right configuration.

Dictionary Order, case insensitive for use with 1252 Char Set.
